Calling For Volunteers Of Project DDD

WHAT’S THE PROJECT?

Project DDD a.k.a. “Decade of Dignity and Development” is the World Youth Alliance’s way of celebrating their 10th Anniversary with a big bash!

For the Asia Pacific Region, an international conference will be held in Manila, Philippines this coming July 2009. Preparations are already in the works, and recruitment of volunteers are ongoing.

So for those of you who are interested, come and join us as we hold our second Project DDD Volunteer General Assembly.

WHO CAN COME?
  • Project DDD Volunteers.
  • World Youth Alliance Members who are interested in becoming Project DDD Volunteers.
  • Non-members and Friends of WYA Members who want to find out more about WYA and Project DDD so they can think about whether or not they want to volunteer for Project DDD.
In other words… everyone!

But please do RSVP if you’re coming and how many friends you’ll be bringing with you because we want to make sure everyone gets a bit of food and refreshments for the evening!

WHAT SHOULD WE EXPECT?

  • A quick briefing on what WYA is for the benefit of non-members.
  • A recap of what Project DDD is for those who will hear of it for the first time.
  • A break-out session for the volunteers for those who have already chosen committees, and socials for everyone!
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Yourself and your friends!

If you’re feeling a bit generous, we won’t mind if you brought some food, too! But only if you really really want to. 🙂
