Born and raised in the Philippines, Lord Leomer Bayombong Pomperada has served as President of the World Youth Alliance (WYA) for six years. Prior to this, he was the Regional Director for WYA Asia Pacific. Pomperada holds a Bachelor of Arts in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in Manila, Philippines and an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School. He has traveled and lectured in over 60 countries.
